Creators4Change Studio's Podcast Incubator guided participants from idea to polished episodes, earning awards and a Microcredential while fostering creativity, diversity, and impactful storytelling.
Welcome to Creators4Change Studio! Our 8-Week Podcast Incubator recently wrapped up, and we're thrilled to share some of our talented participants' favourite moments and the impactful stories they've created.
A Journey of Creativity and Impact
Participants embarked on a transformative journey, guided through a comprehensive design thinking process that took them from initial podcast concepts to producing polished pilot episodes. Along the way, they earned awards and an Entrepreneurship Microcredential. This program is about fostering creators who use their creativity to make positive changes in the world. Through storytelling and multimedia, they challenge the status quo and inspire action.

Dr. Emilia King, our studio director, reflected on the program's unique approach to integrating social science, humanities, business, and art to foster groundbreaking storytelling. The podcast themes were equally diverse, tackling critical issues such as:

- Tech and financial literacy
- Barriers within the South Asian community
- Insights into post-secondary education
Festival Day and Award Winners
The program culminated in a vibrant Festival Day, where participants showcased their pilot episodes to an enthusiastic audience and a panel of industry professionals. Awards were given in various categories, highlighting the exceptional talent and hard work of our participants:
